The shipping and handling fee was excessive - charged for each item rather than for the whole order. This was not clear until after the order was submitted, too late to make a change.
I chose the 3 day shipping option, which was approx. $8.00. I thought this would be for the total order, which was 2 pairs of leggings. When I submitted the order, I learned that it was $8.00 for EACH PAIR of leggings, which seems ridiculous to me! But, the order had already been submitted and there was nothing I could do. :(

I am continuously amazed by the customer service provided by Victoria's Secret. Going above and beyond any expectations I have makes me want to continue to purchase items exclusively from them.
Their Customer Service Department goes above and beyond in every aspect. Being in the CS Field myself, I am very satisfied with their on-line as well as their tlephone communications.

The quality was not the same as I have previously experienced. The waistband is now much smaller & the cotton didn't seem as good as it used to be . I will probably still shop at the store where I can view the items better.
The color Berrylicisous dasies was shown on the color chart but when it was time to purchase that color didn't come up on the list to choose from so it was not available. Then why show it on the color swatches? I didn't like the fact that when you type in your info on the screens it doesnt show while you are typing so if you make a mistake you are on to the next line & have to go back to fix the error. I thought the shipping was a little expensive. Many companies have free or lower rates on $50.00 purchases. Overall I think the system was easy to use & easy to find the products I was looking for.

I did not know at the time I placed the order one of the items was on back order. I am actually still waiting for it...
The shipping charges are ridiculous!!!

all things come in time and of good quality. Very disappointed to learn today on the site, that all things are cheaper at $ 50. She wrote a letter and hope that I will return the difference.beach towel and panties are very good! Very pleased remained gifts!

bras and panties are all very beautiful and high quality. Underwear at Victoria's Secret is always good!cream as all good, but too heavy for summer skin in the summer probably better to take the lotion.Bathing is also very pleased, good color and quality. Colour Cobalt Paisley chic.

I believe it would be very beneficial to have ratings of items by customers as well as comments regarding fit, etc.
I was compelled to take this survey due to the improvements made on the website specifically upon checkout. I still would prefer to see customer comments/ratings regarding items I am considering. These are often helpful in making informed decisions about the fit of the clothing.

I couldn't get a size to fit correctly even with having your staff at the store do measurements. Each time the measurement was different. went to a different store to find product and support.
