I was disapointed in the delivery of my husbands merchandise. It took way longer than they told me and was difficult to track.

I placed an order for clothes for my husband. The dress shirt was not available, and that is what he needed most. By the time we received the order it was too late to reorder or shop. I thought I would receive it later but to date do not have the dress shirt. I guess we are not getting it.

Just on item was backordered and I was very happy that I recieved a notice that the item was shipped a day later! I always get great service from King Size!!

The order was shipped UPS and usually UPS delivers it and leaves the package. This time they took it to the Post Office, and I was charged an exta $9.00. I will NOT order from them again unless they credit my account the $9.00 extra dollars I was charged from the post office because UPS chose not to leave the package when they always did in the past.
I have tried to pace this order for days, asked for my password to be sent to me 3 times and nver got a response. Had to set up a whole new account. That was very annoying.
