I was really impressed with Personalization Mall.com for how effective they were in having everything I ordered. The shipping actually came several days early and was a big surprise. Everything was perfect and my wife was extremely pleased with all her gifts.
I really enjoyed shopping on your site. This was my first time, but I can assure you it won't be my last. I am sure my wife is going to enjoy her "Mother's day Gifts" as much as I will enjoy giving them to her.

I WON'T KNOW UNTIL I RECEIVE MY VISA BILL IF THE ITEM WHICH WAS ON SALE WAS ACTUALLY CHARGED WITH SALE PRICE. oN THE ORIGINAL ORDER, THE SALE PRICE DID NOT AUTOMATICALLY COME UP IN MY BASKET. i DID GET AN E MAIL SAYING I WOULD GET A REFUND, BUT DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS TRUE UNTIL I GET THE NEXT VISA. WHEN ITEMS GO ON SALE, THE PRICE CHANGE SHOULD BE REFLECTED AT CHECK OUT TIME.
Your on line site sales price for this item shows a reduced price of $14.65, but at check out, I was charged $20.99 (I think) and there was no way to indicate that this should have been charged at $l4.65.

The writing and graphic on the golf balls were smaller than I expected. The tin that holds the golf tees was larger than I expected. I thought the golf towel would have been embroidered and not an iron on graphic. Otherwise the order was fine.

I felt that the on-line picture was deceiving. I needed a mother with black hair and the only black haired person's skin color did not look as dark as when the mat arrived. I was told I could only get a 30% discount if I ordered the product again. I did not get a shipping confirmation or tracking conf. until I called two times.
